FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the oil and gas industry and is intended to restrict and isolate water inflows. Device includes the expandable blocker with the shoe at the end, which is configured in order to descend into the well prior to isolating the water inflow with the hydrophobic composition and its setting in the insulation interval. There is the adaptor bushing, which is hermetically connected to the pipe string and to the top part of the shutter. Small diameter pipe is located inside the shutter for pumping from the mouth of the hydrophobic composition through the adaptor bushing. Shutter is made using the composite, consisting of longitudinally corrugated upper and lower packers, which are arranged at the ends and designed with the possibility of their expansion by pressure prior to injection of the hydrophobic composition. There is a cylindrical section provided with the channel for injecting the hydrophobic composition, which is insulated from the inside by means of the shear pin valve, and externally it is provided with the valve that has the possibility of passing the composition from the inside to the outside. Shoe is made of the lightly drilled material, it is rigidly connected to the shutter and equipped with the check valve for filling with the borehole fluid during its descending into the well. Small diameter pipe is communicated with the pipe string through the adapter bushing, with which it is rigidly connected. Adapter bushing is connected to the upper packer by compression, with the possibility of detachment after straightening the packers and removing from the adaptor bushing with the small diameter pipe, which is designed with the possibility to break the shear valve. Cylindrical section of the shutter is designed with the possibility of its expanding after injection of the hydrophobic composition and removal of the adaptor bushing with the small diameter pipe from the well.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and insulation reliability of the zones of water inflows due to the opportunity of preservation of collector properties of the productive part of the trunk.
