SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cleaning technique, in particular to mobile portable low-pressure car washing machines with foam. Foam-washing device comprises a container for the detergent composition connected to a volumetric cover where an opening is provided with a sampling tube fixed in it, capable of being immersed by the lower end in a cleaning solution, the upper end of which is connected by means of a hose with a hose, and also the valve located on the cover for connection of a source of compressed air and an overpressure relief valve. At the top of the sampling tube located in the lid cavity and intended to be positioned above the detergent composition, at least two calibrated holes are made to saturate the cleaning solution with air bubbles (for aeration) and / or the initiation of the active primary foam formation. Calibrated holes are made along the circumference of the sampling tube, at an angle to its radius, and are oriented in one direction.

EFFECT: increase in the degree of dispersion of the foam is achieved with an increase in the reliability of the foam-washing device.
