FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: okara with 45.1% of the lignin-cellulose content in terms of dry substance and ferrous iron in the amount of 6.5 mg/100 g, obtained while producing soy milk from soybean seeds of the Sonata variety, is used as a component of a nutritional additive for growing mushrooms of "Pleurotus" genus.
EFFECT: increasing the nutritional properties and the biological value of the additive.
