FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises periodically stopping the translational movement of the rotating trephination head while continuing its rotation. Before the treatment is started, an additional supply of a grease based on molybdenum disulphide is applied to the working part of the trephination head. Centering of the head on the axis of the deep groove is ensured by centering the spindle axis on the axis of the coaxial through hole, and the machining is carried out at a rotational speed of 8–10 rpm and the rotary head is gradually supplied from 0.05 to 0.1 m/min.
EFFECT: increased processing capacity and obtaining the required quality of the microrelief of the treated surface are achieved while ultrasonic testing.
