SUBSTANCE: carrier storage and dispensing apparatus comprising: having shape of a circular cylinder drum which is rotatably supported and which pulls shaped sheet paper carrier on an outer circumferential surface of drum to hold carrier between outer peripheral surface of drum and opposing portion that opposes outer peripheral surface of drum; tape, which has one end wound on outer circumferential surface of drum, and which, accompanying rotation of the drum, is wound with a carrier supplied from outside through inlet/outlet port on outer peripheral surface of drum, while carrier is clamped between belt and outer peripheral surface drum; and a movable section, one end of which is provided in vicinity of input/output openings and other end of which extends in proximity of drum, wherein movable section presses carrier to outer peripheral surface of drum, being simultaneously movable relative to drum, other end of movable section is located further from drum than opposing part.
EFFECT: other end of moving section is provided with ledge of moving section which protrudes to opposing part, and opposite part is provided opposite ledge extending to other end of moving section and which engages with ledge of moving section.
