SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to determine the risk of recurrence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Group of inventions comprises a system, a machine readable information carrier, and a health monitoring method. System comprises a motor activity monitor, a memory processor. Typical patterns of motor activity related to a particular patient are analyzed. Template as a measure of the patient's daily behavior is created. Score of behavioral similarities is determined. Calculations of motor activity are obtained. Calculations of motor activity are stored in memory. At least two statistical parameters are calculated by calculations of motor activity. Risk score for each of at least two statistical parameters is calculated. And the risk score indicates the risk of recurrence in the subject. Overall risk score is calculated. And the overall risk score is classified into three risk score categories: high, medium or low risk.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to prevent deterioration of the patient's condition in a timely manner and to determine the risk of its onset by evaluating the most significant indicators in a particular patient.
