FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for increasing efficiency of in vitro cultivation of wild strawberries on a liquid medium. Method includes propagation of strawberry micro-races for three weeks on a Murashige and Skoog liquid nutrient medium with addition of a key component of sorbitol.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to achieve high ratio of wild strawberry multiplication in liquid medium in vitro with low duration of cultivation, and almost completely exclude vitrification.
