FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inorganic chemistry, namely to methods for producing crystalline zeolite materials having a micro-mesoporous structure and acidic properties. Method for producing micro-mesoporous zeolite Y comprises suspending and activating the dealuminated zeolite Y in a solution of ammonium hydroxide, followed by mixing the suspension with a surfactant cationic surfactant, cetyltrimethylammonium halide, hydrothermal treatment in its presence, drying, calcination and isolation of the finished product. Concentration of ammonium hydroxide solution and cetyltrimethylammonium halide is selected so as to provide OH/zeolite ratio of 10-25 mmol/g, surfactant/zeolite ratio of 0.8-2.0 mmol/g, H2O/zeolite ratio of 1.8-3.6 mol/g, and hydrothermal treatment is carried out at a temperature of 60-95°C and atmospheric pressure for 1-1.5 hours. Proportion of mesopores in the total pore volume of the micro-mesoporous zeolite Y obtained by this method is 0.5-0.7, and in its acidity spectrum, the fraction of acid sites with an activation energy of 95-140 kJ/mol of ammonia desorption is 0.5-0.6.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase efficiency of zeolite when it is used in catalytic conversions of large organic molecules, including in the process of hydrocracking of vacuum gas oil.
