SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of crystalline zeolite materials with given texture and morphological properties of crystals, which can be used as catalyst components, specifically to MOR type zeolite in the form of agglomerates with overall dimensions of 3–5 mcm, formed by primary needle-like crystals with thickness of 60–120 mcm, oriented along the crystallographic axis with the outer surface of 35–50 m2/g as a hydrocarbon conversion catalyst. Invention also relates to a method for producing said zeolite, involving preparation of a reaction mixture based on a silicon oxide source, sodium hydroxide, sodium aluminate and water, characterized by composition corresponding to the crystallisation region MOR, activation of reaction mixture and its crystallisation at temperature 150–160 °C for 24–48 hours, washing, drying, ion exchange and dealumination of obtained crystals, characterized by that silicon oxide source used is silica gel, wherein components are taken in molar ratio Al2O3/SiO2 from 0.06 to 0.08, Na2O/SiO2 from 0.25 to 0.3, H2O/SiO2 from 6 to 8, activation of the prepared reaction mixture before crystallisation is carried out at room temperature for 12–14 hours while stirring.
EFFECT: technical result consists in achievement of high degree of dealumination of zeolite.
