SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely, devices for puncturing the heparin cap. Device comprises: connecting member adapted to be connected to fluid delivery device in fluid communication; guide member adapted to receive at least one portion of the heparin cap; and puncturing element for puncturing the heparin cap adapted to be in fluid communication with the connector element and at least partially positioned at a predetermined position in the guide member. In this case, the predetermined position is configured such that during the entry of at least one part of the heparin cap into the guide member, the punctured element is inserted into the sealing rubber of the heparin cap in the corresponding position in the heparin cap at an appropriate angle with respect to the heparin cap the sealing rubber is carried through. In this connection, the connecting member, the guide member and the punctured element are integrally formed by single plastic molding by injection molding.
EFFECT: device for puncturing the heparin cap is provided.
