FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Control valve comprising a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles with flow ports, coaxial seat, flap and shaft. Seat and flap have facing each other end faces, the flap end face contacts the conical shaped graphite rod, which vertex is facing towards the flap end surface, and its axis is coaxial with the flap axis of rotation. At that, the shaft is kinematically connected to the flap and mounted into the rolling bearings. Seat is pressed in into the body, in the seat side surfaces discharge openings are made coaxial to the inlet and outlet nozzles flow outlets; in the seat end surface a through central hole is made through which the graphite rod passes. Through an elastic gasket the graphite rod is installed into the blind hole of the nut, installed into the body through the copper gasket from the seat end face. In the flap cylindrical side surface a groove is made, which width is greater than the diameter of the seat supply hole located on the side of the body inlet nozzle, for the amount of the flap axial play, wherein on the opposite side from the flap end surface a recess is made, in which an elastic gasket is installed.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduction in the working medium leakages.
