SUBSTANCE: auditory ossicle prosthesis includes a rod, the distal end of which has a perpendicularly located support platform with two petals extending therefrom and ending with fixators, which are placed in the area of the auditory tube mouth, the petals are arranged at an angle of 20-25° in relation to each other, and a cartilaginous plate placed on the support platform and petals, that compensates the defect of the tympanic membrane outer wall and the epitympanic space lateral wall.
EFFECT: simplified constructive-recovery stage of the operation with complete absence of auditory ossicles or in cases when they are completely removed.
