The implant as a prosthesis of the auditory ossicles for the replacement of damaged parts of the middle ear includes a rectilinear rod, on one side of which a flat plate is placed perpendicularly, designed to be installed under the neotimpanal membrane, and on the other side, a means of fixation on the stirrup. A flat plate is a flat extended body consisting of a pair of parts, each of which has the shape of ovals in the plan, presented in the form of oval holes connected to each other in one place. A flat extended body at the junction of two parts in the form of ovals has a hole and is connected to the end part of a rectilinear rod.

EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the overview of the implant placement site and an expansion of the possibility of access by a surgical instrument to the ear elements during surgery, while ensuring fast and accurate installation of the prosthesis, increasing the convenience of grabbing the implant with a surgical instrument, simplifying the process of manufacturing and installing the prosthesis while reducing injury during hearing-improving operations, as well as expanding the range of implants for ossicular reconstruction.
