SUBSTANCE: prosthesis for replacement of auditory ossicles contains a plate in the form of a ring located inside the ring of the plate, a jumper with a hole in which one of the ends of the rod is rigidly fixed, while its other end has a means for installation on the head or base of the stirrup. The plate has the shape of an ellipse, the lower side of the plate to address the medial wall of the tympanic cavity from the free end of the rod, and the upper side to address the lateral wall of the tympanic cavity to the free end of the rod. The plate jumper is placed parallel to the minor axis of the ellipse and shifted to half the length of the major semiaxis of the ellipse. The plate is additionally provided with four protrusions for cartilage graft fixation, each of which is made in the form of an isosceles trapezium, with its smaller base coming from the ellipse vertices towards the geometric center, and with its larger base looking inside the ellipse. An obtuse angle of a trapezoid is 120 degrees. All protrusions are located with the plate in the same plane with the possibility of bending by 90 degrees using a groove, which is made along the short base of the trapezoid throughout each protrusion with a depth of half the thickness of the plate and is located on the side facing the free end of the rod.

EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability of fastening the prosthesis on the surface of the cartilage graft by increasing its support function due to the geometry of the device elements.
