FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pharmacology and can be used as a screening method for assessing the fact and size of myocardial injury in model systems using isolated organs. Method involves luminol-dependent iron-induced chemiluminescence of the lipid peroxidation level of the perfusate obtained before and after perfusion of the isolated heart by Langendorff. Luminescence intensity indicators are recorded: light sum of luminescence and amplitude of slow flash of model system in presence of perfusate obtained before perfusion, and luminescence intensity of the model system in the presence of the perfusate obtained after perfusion. Higher the chemiluminescence intensity values of the model system in the presence of the perfusate obtained after perfusion, in comparison with the initial values, the more massive the degree of myocardial damage as a result of ischemic and ischemic-reperfusion factors of myocardial damage.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides simplification and reduction of analysis time, possibility of delayed analysis after freezing-defrosting of samples.
