FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for the processing equipment, including weaving looms vibration isolation. Spatial vibration isolator is made in the form of a two-stage frame consisting of frames: upper and lower, connected in series by elastic-damping element (9). Upper end of the element (9) rests against the horizontal plate (1) of the upper frame, and the lower end of the element (9) is fixed to the base (15) through a vibration damping gasket (20). Element (9) is made in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, which turns are covered with a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane. Vibration-insulated object (17) is fixed on an upper frame through a vibration damping gasket (16). Upper frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate (1), along the edges of which struts (2, 3), located at an angle downward from the plate (1) are fastened and resting on obliquely located elastic elements (11, 12), fixed through vibration damping gaskets (18) on the struts (5, 6), located at an angle downwards from the outer vertical wall of glass of the lower frame fixed on the base (15). Located at an angle downwards to the lower frame struts (5, 6) are rigidly connected to the of the lower frame horizontal bars (7, 8), resting against the vertical resilient elements (13, 14) fixed on the base (15) through the vibration damping gaskets. Elements (13, 14) of the upper frame, as well as the elements (11, 12) of the lower frame are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Element (9) is made in the form of a rubber vibration isolator containing a body and an elastic element of elastomer, the body is made in the form of a plug resting on the upper end of the elastic element, and a ring, connecting by means of a peripheral groove with a base, and profile of lateral surfaces of elastomer is formed hyperbolic as a bar of equal resistance with a constant stiffness in axial and transversal directions, and the ratio of height of the vibration isolator h to the diameter D of the support surface is in the optimal ratio of values: h/D=0.45…0.55.

EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness.
