FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of a frame comprising a vertically arranged cylindrical shell with a bottom. Lower end of a cylindrical helical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane, is fixed in the bottom through a vibration damping gasket. Spring with a gap encompasses a hollow guide cylinder. Disk for arrangement of a vibration-insulated object is fixed on the upper end of the cylinder. Shell is connected at the top by means of hinges with struts symmetrically disposed relative to the spring axis. Struts are located at an angle downward to the shell and rigidly connected to the horizontal bars. Bars are supported by cylindrical helical springs, vertically fixed through the vibration damping gaskets on the frame base. Between the bottom of the shell and the base there is a damper made of polyurethane, configured to damp the horizontal vibrations of the vibration-insulated object.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
