SUBSTANCE: describes a nucleic acid molecule comprising a double-stranded structure, wherein the double-stranded structure is formed by a first chain and a second chain, where the first chain consists of the following nucleotide sequence: 5'-acGaGcUgGaCcAcUgGuCdTSdT-3' and the second chain consists of the following nucleotide sequence: 5'-GAcCaGuGgUcCaGcUcGudTSdT-3', where the nucleotide is indicated by a lowercase letter, indicates that the nucleotide is 2'-F-modified, and underlining of the nucleotide indicates that the nucleotide is 2'-O-methyl-modified and where dTSdT indicates that a dinucleotide consisting of two nucleotides dT is attached at the 3'-end, wherein the two dT are covalently linked via a phosphothioate bond. Described is the use of the disclosed nucleic acid molecule in the preparation of means for restoring the sensitivity of malignant cells to a drug and for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease.

EFFECT: pharmaceutical composition and a nanoemulsion containing the described nucleic acid molecule are provided.
