SUBSTANCE: combined drug (CD) with an antiviral effect against SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and related viruses is presented, provided that the genetic target, against which the specific component of this drug is directed, is identical. The combined drug for the prevention or treatment of coronavirus infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 contains: (i) the effective number of siRNA molecules directed against the genome of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, represented as two complementary chains characterized by the (+G)GAAGGAAGUUCUGUUGAA(+T)(+T)dT and UUCAACAGAACUUCCUUCC(+T)(+T)dT structure, (ii) a dendrimer cationic peptide with transfection activity characterized by the R8K4X4K2H2KZC structure, where R is arginine; K is lysine; X is SEQ ID NO 3; H is histidine; Z is phenylalanine (F); C is cysteine or cysteine amide, (iii) a pharmacologically acceptable auxiliary agent (solvent).

EFFECT: invention suppresses the replication of SARS-CoV-2 virus, which provides a new opportunity for treatment of COVID19 infection caused by this virus.
