FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for preventing earthquake consequences. Shelter with protection from electromagnetic radiation contains a frame, a sluice, places for accommodation of evacuees, a filter-ventilation device, a toilet and water and food supplies. Shelter is equipped with a prefabricated, quick-erected earthquake-proof structure, containing a system of blocks and connecting elements, one of the blocks is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped, in the plane of its symmetry, grooves are formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes, executed on four faces of the parallelepiped, spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equal in number and are joined in a block, quick-build structure by means of connecting elements, the connecting element for the blocks of the seismic resistant structure consists of an elastic cylindrical body with mounting discs, fixed to its ends, the cavity of the cylindrical body is filled with a damping material, and the body is made of two flanged, oppositely disposed and coaxial cylindrical threaded sleeves with fixed mounting discs to their end part, on which the elements for threading the sleeves into a single cylindrical body are made, and is made of an elastic material, for example, from an elastic spring steel, the cavity of which is filled with a damping material, for example a vibro-damping mastic of the "VD-17" type. Block structure of the shelter contains, as lining, elements of a portable radiation shield, each contains a protective shell, a matrix with a filler, a reinforcing mesh, at the same time, rectangular sheets with holes are installed along the perimeter of the protective shell, attached to a protective polymeric material and providing the possibility of fixing and assembling protective screens on the walls of a block, prefabricated, closed structure of the shelter, the radiation shielding part in the form of a protective shell of a portable radiation shield is made of a composite radio-absorbing material containing a ferrite-based powder filler, and a polymeric binder, moreover, a material containing a mixture of barium hexagonal ferrite doped with scandium ions with dispersion from 5 to 50 microns with the addition of carbon nanotubes was chosen as a powder filler.
EFFECT: reduction of the time of construction of the shelter due to the framing of the frame with a block closed structure.
