FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protective structures. In the method, the shelter contains a frame, a gateway, a filter-ventilation device and a modular prefabricated earthquake-proof construction, located on the frame and consisting of conjugated modules, made in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds, and connecting elements. At the same time, it is equipped with a radiation shield made of elements, each of which consists of a protective shell and a radiation-protective part and a reinforcing mesh therein, wherein the protective shell is made in the form of rectangular sheets of a protective polymeric material stitched along the edges and with holes for fastening on the walls of said block structure, and the radiation protection part is made in the form of a matrix with a filler consisting of 92 wt% tungsten powder as a filler and 8 wt% silicone as a matrix.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to shorten the time of construction of the shelter due to the modular closed structure of the frame.
