FIELD: building; protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for preventing earthquake consequences. Shelter contains a frame, a sluice, places for accommodation of evacuees, a filter-ventilation device, a toilet and water and food supplies and is equipped with a prefabricated, quick-erect earthquake-proof construction containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single structure, it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, some of which are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped, in the plane of its symmetry, grooves being formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting member, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes executed on four faces of the parallelepiped, spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting member, surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equal in number and are joined in a block, quick-build structure by means of connecting elements, flat rigid stops of the connecting element rigidly fixed to the flanged, oppositely disposed cylindrical threaded sleeves are made in a combination of at least three layers: the outer ones are rigid, and the third layer, arranged between them, is damping. Connecting element is made with a set of damping disks in the internal cavity, to the ends of which rigid rigid abutments are rigidly attached, and the inner cavity is filled with a set of at least two damping disks mounted on an elastic axle coaxially disposed with the cylindrical shell, and between damping disks there is at least one cylindrical helical spring, wherein the cavity in which the cylindrical helical spring is located is filled with a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: reduction of the time of construction of the shelter due to the framing of the frame with a block closed structure.
