FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for preventing earthquake consequences. Shelter containing a frame, a sluice, places for accommodation of evacuees, a filter-ventilation device, a toilet and water and food supplies, is equipped with a block quick-erectable earthquake-proof construction, containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single construction, it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, some of which are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped, in the plane of its symmetry, grooves being formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting member, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes, executed on four faces of the parallelepiped, spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting member, wherein the surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equal in size and are connected to a modular prefabricated structure by means of connecting elements. Block structure contains, as lining, elements of a portable radiation shield, each contains a protective shell, a matrix with a filler, a reinforcing mesh, at the same time, rectangular sheets with holes are installed along the perimeter of the protective shell, attached to the protective polymeric material and providing the possibility of fixing and assembling protective screens on the walls of a block, prefabricated closed structure of the shelter, radiation-protective part, inside which the radiation absorbing material is enclosed, consists of 92 wt. % tungsten powder as a filler and 8 wt. % silicone as a matrix, while the radiation-protective part is placed in a polymeric protective shell, in which the reinforcing mesh is included, the protective shell is the rectangular sheets of protective polymeric material with holes punched along the edges, and a woven metal mesh is used as the reinforcing mesh.
EFFECT: reduction of the time of construction of the shelter due to the framing of the frame with a block closed structure.
