FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for preventing earthquake consequences. This is achieved by the fact that a shelter containing a framework, a gateway, places for accommodation of evacuees, a filter-ventilation device, toilet and water and food supplies, is equipped with a block-erectable earthquake-proof construction containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single structure, it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, some of which are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped, in the plane of its symmetry, grooves being formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting member, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes, executed on four faces of the parallelepiped, spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, wherein the surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equal in size and are connected to a modular prefabricated structure by means of connecting elements. Block structure contains, as lining, elements of a portable radiation shield, each contains a protective shell, a matrix with a filler, a reinforcing mesh, rectangular sheets with holes are attached to the protective polymeric material along the perimeter of the protective shell and provide the possibility of fastening and the layout of protective screens on the walls of a block-built prefabricated closed shelter structure. Protective shell of the portable protective screen is made of a composite material for absorbing electromagnetic waves based on a magnetodielectric material containing a polymeric dielectric binder and a magnetodielectric fine-dispersed filler, wherein the polymeric dielectric binder is a polyorganosiloxane oligomer with the addition of a catalyst comprising a product based on gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and the magnetodielectric fine-dispersed filler is made of an iron-aluminum alloy.
EFFECT: reduction of the time of construction of the shelter due to the framing of the frame with a block closed structure.
