FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely erection of pile foundations of buildings and structures on weak clay and structurally unstable substrates. Method for creating a broadening at the end of a pile is proposed, in which a solid factory-built pile is immersed in the ground, while using a pile, in the body of which a thermal shield is embedded over the melted portion of it, a thermal charge is attached to the end of the pile, protected from destruction when the pile is embedded in the ground with a steel tip, a steel ampoule with a low-melting substance is placed between the steel tip and the thermal shield, lowering the average temperature of the melt. When the trigger is activated by wires embedded in the body of the pile, electric impulse is transferred to thermal charge, remotely igniting it. Heat pulse melts steel tip, ampoule with low-melting substance that lowers average temperature of melt, bottom of pile is up to thermal shield and ground around it. Thermal shield prevents melt from moving upward, and it moves down and sideways, forming broadening after hardening.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing productivity and reducing the time spent on erecting the pile foundation, maintenance of utilization in the construction of combat thermal charges with expiring warranty period of storage.
