EARTH PILE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EARTH PILES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E02D3/11

Abstract RU 2763656 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the technology of the device of piles/pile foundations using thermal means. The effect is achieved in a soil pile containing crystallized soil melt in the lower part, forming a support part, a concrete part of the pile, a reinforcing element melted into the support part, passing through the concrete part, the concrete part is the main body of the pile, which is located above the support part and is monolithic with a supporting part with a reinforcing element, a steel frame made of reinforcement is used as a reinforcing element, and the effect is achieved in a method for manufacturing a soil pile, in which soil is removed from a well, the soil mixture is melted with a plasmatron to form a supporting part, a reinforcing steel element is installed in the molten soil of the supporting part, filled with concrete solution, immediately after the formation of the well, the plasmatron is lowered to its bottom and the soil is heated until melting with low-temperature plasma in the area of the well bottom, after the beginning of the melting of the soil, the soil extracted from the well is poured back into the well, the plasma is exposed to the state of fusion of the filled-in soil, after which the plasmatron is removed, immediately after that, before the melt cools down, a steel frame from the reinforcement is installed in the melt along the entire length of the pile and the well is poured with concrete solution, the concrete body of the pile is heated, ensuring the removal of water from the concrete solution by exposing it to the heat released by the melt of the soil.

EFFECT: creation of a method and device that provide a more efficient erection of piles and a pile foundation than in the analogs under consideration, with low quality requirements for the material used for the manufacture of the pile and low requirements for the accuracy of manufacturing the products included in the pile and while ensuring a high load-carrying capacity of the pile.
