SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in alluvial deposits of solid minerals mining from the bottom of the shelf. Device for autonomous mining of solid minerals from the bottom of the continental shelf, including a clamshell bucket consisting of a container and chisel teeth, flexible links interconnected with the bucket, a bucket closing mechanism. Bearing structure of the bucket container is spherical-shaped, made of an elastic material, and from the bottom is interconnected with a spring mechanism, while the bucket teeth are hollow, inside which electric detonators and an explosive are located. Bucket teeth are ellipsoidal-shaped, and the ends are provided with hooks. Bearing structure of the bucket capacity is reinforced with steel spokes, in which the wires interacting with the electric detonators are located.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of the device for autonomous mining operations from the bottom of the continental shelf.
