FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the mining industry and can be used in the extraction of alluvial deposits of solid minerals from the bottom of the continental shelf. To implement the method of extracting minerals from the bottom of the continental shelf, a mining device is lowered, the useful component is separated together with the host rock from the productive section of the bottom of the continental shelf. Extraction device is filled and floated to the surface. Separation of useful component from productive section is performed by gas flow with formation of pulp. Filling of the extraction device is carried out by means of pulp entrainment from the bottom with an ascending gas flow with simultaneous deposition of a valuable component in the extraction device and removal of waste rock beyond its limits. Before surfacing, the device is separated from the bottom of the productive section using explosion energy. Floating of the device is carried out by filling the flexible dome with working gas and gas from the explosion. Separation of useful component is carried out in autonomous mode. Lowering of mining devices to the productive section of the bottom is carried out with a periodicity and a lowering pitch equal to the diameter of the mined space formed as a result of operation of one mining device. Disclosed is a device for mining from the bottom of the continental shelf for implementing the disclosed method.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of mining operations by combining the processes of separation from the massif and enrichment of the useful component.
