SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceutics. Use of imino-derivatives of camphor of general formula (I), where n=1, 2, 3, 4, 5, as inhibitors of reproduction of the influenza virus strain A/California/07/09 (H1N1) pdm09 and A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1). .
EFFECT: compounds show a pronounced antiviral activity along with low toxicity – the chemotherapeutic index of the compounds (1a-e) is much higher than that of the reference drugs.
