FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises of a cylindrical casing (1) with an axial loading (3) and tangential unloading (2) branch pipes. In the casing, horizontal disks (4) with rows of impact elements (5, 6) are coaxially aligned with each other. Each of the rows is located between adjacent impact elements of the opposing disc. The helical surface (10) is rigidly fixed to the lower horizontal disc (7) in line with the axial loading branch pipe. The external diameter of the helical surface is equal to the diameter of the opening of the axial loading branch pipe. The helical surface is rigidly connected to vertical blades (11). The outer end of the blades has rectangular notches (12). The inner surface of the impact elements of the first row has rectangular projections (13). When rotating, the projections run into the rectangular notches of the vertical blades keeping a clearance. The upper edges of the blades are connected by a horizontal ring (14). The length and height of each notch is 0.1-0.5 Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the material to be desintegrated. The minimum clearance between the upper horizontal disc and the top edge of the helical surface is 2Dmax.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of desintegrating.
