When the speed is reduced to 23.1±2.4 m/s and more diagnose the violation of excitation on the pyramidal tract on the side of the decrease in the speed of propagation of excitation.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the reliability of the diagnosis, which is achieved by additional stimulation of the medulla oblongata and calculation of the rate of propagation of the excitation.
