FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of biologically active pharmaceutical and medical materials that can be used in orthopedic dentistry and surgery for the repair and treatment of bone tissue. Process of preparing the apatite suspension involves the reaction of calcium hydroxide and phosphoric acid, followed by the addition of a fluorine-containing compound. Reaction is carried out by mixing a 0.04N aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide and a 0.2N aqueous solution of phosphoric acid, followed by the addition of a 0.25N aqueous solution of hydrofluoric acid as the fluorine-containing compound, with a volume ratio equal to Ca(OH)2:H3PO4 HF=3.75-5.55:1:0.004-0.088 at room temperature and at pH=9–11 for 10–15 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in development of a method that ensures the yield of the finished product with a high degree of dispersion and purity.
