FIELD: bioactive materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing granules from a bioactive material based on hydroxyapatite or fluorapatite impregnated with gelatin, which can be used for the restoration of bone tissues. The method includes the processing of crystalline fluorapatite powder of the composition Ca5(PO4)3F or a powder of crystalline hydroxyapatite of the composition Са10(РO4)6(ОН)2 with an aqueous solution of gelatin followed by drying. According to the invention, a layer of hydroxyapatite or fluorapatite powder evenly distributed over the surface of the bowl of a vibrating installation is irrigated with a 13-17% aqueous gelatin solution at a mass ratio of hydroxyapatite powder or fluorapatite powder and a 13-17% aqueous gelatin solution equal to 3-5:1, and the resulting mixture is processed under vibration conditions with a frequency of 200-300 с-1 for 10-15 minutes.
EFFECT: ensures a simple method for producing granules with a composition close to bone tissue.
