FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, pharmaceutics and food industry and can be used for producing thymol nanocapsules. Method of producing thymol nanocapsules involves slowly adding thymol powder to a carrageenan suspension in cyclohexane in presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, followed by stirring at 800 rpm followed by butyl chloride. Produced suspension is filtered and dried at the room temperature. Weight ratio of core : shell in obtained nanocapsules is 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:2.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase the output by mass.
