SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and concerns the early prognosis of peptic ulcer of the duodenal ulcer (TABD) in the Tatars of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the age of 45 years. Essence of the method: DNA is isolated from peripheral venous blood lymphocytes, genotyping of the polymorphism rs1800872 of the IL10 gene by polymerase chain reaction followed by restriction analysis. When identifying a protective genotype, A/A predict a low risk of developing PUD in persons of Tatar ethnicity under the age of 45 years.

EFFECT: use of invention improves the accuracy of the prognosis by determining the pathogenetic mechanism of inflammation, simplifies the study.
