FIELD: moulding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method (100) for recovering the turbomachine part (C) and the laser cladding plant (1) (options). Laser cladding plant (1) comprises the laser source (2), the powder feeder (3) and the source (4) of heated air. Method comprises the following steps: setting (110) of the laser cladding plant (1); definition (120) of the path, which contains the zones to be recovered by laser cladding in the mentioned narrow groove of the turbomachine detail; moving (130) forward of the laser cladding plant (1) or the turbomachine part (C) in order to cover the mentioned path from the first extreme point to the second extreme point by the laser beam (2a) and the powder jet (3a); moving (140) back of the mentioned plant (1) or the turbomachine part (C) in order to cover the mentioned path from the second extreme point to the first extreme point with the air jet (4a) for blowing the excess of the mentioned powder. Jet of heated air is used in order to blow out the surplus powder.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the strength characteristics of the turbomachine part and the possibility of restoring the narrow groove of the turbomachine part.
