SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to medicine. Proposed is a target-oriented anticancer nanoparticle comprising an anticancer drug, serum albumin and a porphyrin-based compound as a target specific component. Proposed is a method for the preparation of target-oriented anticancer nanoparticles and an anticancer pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides target-oriented anticancer nanoparticles in which the anticancer drug, serum albumin and porphyrin-based compound are noncovalently bonded, wherein the anticancer nanoparticle is characterized by the presence of anticancer drugs in the nanoparticle nucleus and a complex of the serum albumin and porphyrin-based compounds in the outer shell of the nanoparticle.
