FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and may be used for manufacturing the turbo machine blade. Method includes: casting of the metal alloy by means of centrifugal separation in the permanent metal mold for manufacturing the work material, manufacturing the work material by means of casting that has an elongated shape of the annular or poly-angular cross-section, the resulting work material is subjected to heat treatment, which includes the isostatic pressing step in the hot state, and machining of the work material for the part manufacturing.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a simple, efficient and economical method for manufacturing of the turbo machine blades due to usage of the permanent metal mold and working material of a simple geometric shape that do not require size control before machining.
