FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, surgery in traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for use in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Access to the hip joint is ensured layerwise. Open surgical dislocation of the femoral head is performed at the front. "Window" is formed with a wing on the border of the femoral head and neck in the projection of the avascular necrosis focus, the focus of necrosis is plasticized with an allogenic graft using plasma enriched with platelet growth factors. "Window" is closed with the wing, prepared when accessing the focus, and the wing is fixed with bio-glue.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the traumatic rate of the surgical intervention, as well as to shorten the periods of immobilization and the load limitations on the limb.
