FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to device for baking pancakes. Device for baking pancakes contains electric burners with frying disc mounted on them and dough bowl. Container is made in cylindrical shape with possibility of discrete moving and is connected to drive. Inside dough tank there is agitator, and at its lower end with eccentricity there are discharge nozzles having dosing damper connected to remote control unit by the number of electric dongles. Electro-burners are located in a circle whose radius is equal to the eccentricity of the installation of the outlet nozzles. Firing disc is annular with central hole. Over frying pan, infrared heaters and scrapers are installed for removing pancakes, attached to cylinder that is rotatably mounted with second drive. Device has receiving hopper, inlet of which is aligned with central hole of frying disk.
EFFECT: increase in productivity of baking pancakes.
