SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the confectionery industry. Method for obtaining marmalade with nanostructured potassium iodide is proposed in which 100 g of sugar is dissolved in 200 g of water and the mixture is boiled for 10 minutes, then 2 g of agar-agar is added and another 5 minutes are cooked, pour 50 g of apple puree and bring to a boil, cool to 60 °C, 50 mg of nanostructured potassium iodide are added in the shell of the gelling gum, or sodium carboxymethylcellulose, or agar-agar, or highly esterified apple or citrus pectin and poured into forms.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished high-quality product containing nanostructured potassium iodide.
