SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. A method for producing marmalade enriched with ginseng extract is proposed, in which, during the preparation, a nanostructured additive is introduced into the resulting product, including a ginseng extract in carrageenan, or a nanostructured additive comprising a ginseng extract in sodium alginate, or a nanostructured additive comprising a ginseng extract in a gummed gum or a nanostructured additive, comprising a ginseng extract in gellan gum, or a nanostructured additive comprising a ginseng extract in sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, or a nanostructured additive, comprising a ginseng extract in highly esterified apple or citrus pectin, or a nanostructured additive comprising a ginseng extract in a low-esterified apple or citrus pectin, or a nanostructured additive comprising a ginseng extract in agar-agar.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished high-quality product containing a nanostructured ginseng extract.
