Drive system for a hybrid vehicle comprises an internal combustion engine, a first and a second electric motor, an output assembly, a first planetary gear mechanism including a first input and output elements and a first element of the reaction force, and a second planetary gear mechanism including a second input and output elements and a second element of the reaction force. Also, there is a first clutch gear that selectively connects the first input element to the second element of the reaction force. First brake gear provided between the second element of the reaction force and a stationary element selectively prevents the rotation of the second element of the reaction force.

EFFECT: solution is aimed at increasing the driving modes with a reduced number of constituent elements.
