SET OF SYNTHETIC OLOGONUCLEOTIDE SAMPLES FOR DETERMINATION OF HUMAN MITOCHONDRIAL DNA GENOTYPE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C12N15/00

Abstract RU 2652895 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: set of oligonucleotide samples for determination of the human mitochondrial DNA genotype, characterized by the fact that this set allows to determine the human mitochondrial DNA genotype in 38 single nucleotide sites located in different parts of the mitochondrial genome and polymorphic in Russian populations of different ethnic origin, using the enzymatic single nucleotide extension method for a hybridized sample. The structure of oligonucleotide samples takes into account the variability of DNA in nearby sites and grouping of genotyped sites in 3 panels for multiplex reactions.

EFFECT: improved method.
