SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to aqueous composition for the treatment of TNFα associated disease in a mammal comprising an effective amount of an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof specifically binding to human TNFα, as well as to method for treating TNFα associated disease in a mammal with its use. Also disclosed is a lyophilized composition for the treatment of TNFα associated disease in a mammal, obtained by lyophilizing an effective amount of the above aqueous composition.
EFFECT: invention effectively treats TNFα associated diseases in a mammal.
