SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to novel variants of glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger with improved properties, specifically with thermal stability and intrinsic glucose oxidase activity. Present invention also discloses a nucleic acid molecule, an expression vector, a host cell, method of producing glucose oxidase by cultivating said host cell, method for analysing the amount of glucose in a sample, and a kit for analysing the amount of glucose in a sample.

EFFECT: present invention increases efficiency with the use of glucose oxidase.
