FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a single-chain antibody, that binds to a cancer-embryonic antigen (CEA). Also disclosed is a chimeric monomolecular T cell receptor, comprising said antibody, a vector for expression of said receptor, a host cell producing said receptor.
EFFECT: invention has the ability specifically binds to cancer-embryonic antigen, which allows effectively treat diseases, associated with REA.
