SUBSTANCE: single-stranded antibody to CA125 tumor specific antigen, a chimeric monomolecular T-cell receptor for tumor-specific CA125 antigen are disclosed. Also, nucleic acid, an expression vector and a host cell are considered.
EFFECT: this invention can find further application in therapy of oncological diseases.
