FIELD: water supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of water supply and can be used for the liquid drainage in pipelines, preferably in the villagers water wells with the Rozhnovsky tower pipelines piping. Automatic drain valve contains body with inlet and outlet openings, inside which there are lever with locking element, weight, divider, bolt and nut with the possibility of the weight and divider resting against the seat opposite side, forming the body inner surface, the lever one end is pivotally connected to the yoke, and the other is bent, drain, which is made in the form of discharge tube with seat placed on the body side surface, yoke, wherein the seat and the contacting with it closure element surface are made flat, drain tube with seat, lever and yoke are made of plastic. Yoke is provided with the shaft with the possibility of the lever with the yoke jaws pressing force adjustment, yoke with body contact belt is made, the chamfer is made on the yoke with the body contact edge, the yoke non-threaded part is made conical. Fig. 1 shows the water from well to the tower supplying device. Water from well to the tower supplying device comprises electrical submersible pump 1 with check valve 2, pressure pipeline 3, automatic drain valve 4 from the bottom directly connected to the pressure pipeline 3, and from the top is to the water lifting and draining pipes 5 and gate 5A, which supply water from above to the tower 6. Automatic drain valve is the above-described valve.
EFFECT: enabling the device reliability and efficiency improvement by the use of automatic drain valve according to claim 1; thus, eliminating the wells, electric submersible pumps premature failure due to their operation rules violation; freezing of water in the water-lifting and draining pipes and the tower, even with the emergency power outage; pumping stations and wellheads construction in wells, the wells connection directly to the water consumers, probability of the wells infestation; land pumping stations heating and improving the wells operation in automatic mode, supplying water to the villagers, many-fold costs reduction compared to the existing projects in the regions of Russia.
