FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of conversion equipment. Between the smoothing capacitor, which is connected between the connecting conductors of the positive and negative poles, and the power semiconductor modules that make up the inverter, the inductance of the circuit can increase due to imbalance in the loops of the current circuit. Phase arms, each of which is formed by a successive combination of power semiconductor modules, are located one above the other, and a group of powerful semiconductor modules connected to the positive connecting conductor, and a group of power semiconductor modules connected to the negative connecting conductor are placed in the same direction. Between the group of power semiconductor modules of the positive pole and a group of power semiconductor modules of the negative pole, a gap is formed. Connecting conductors for the positive and negative poles pass through the gap in parallel with each other, with an insulator located between the connecting conductors. Connecting conductors are bent in the area adjacent to the connecting terminals of the power semiconductor modules and are connected to power semiconductor modules.
EFFECT: inverter is proposed.
